Generation Issues

Card generation is taking too long

Most generations complete within 15-30 seconds. If yours is taking longer, the AI service may be experiencing high demand. Wait a minute and try again.

The generated image doesn't match my prompt

Try being more specific in your description. Include details about the subject, setting, colors, and mood. Simpler, clearer prompts often produce better results than very complex ones.

Generation failed with an error

This usually means the AI service is temporarily unavailable. Wait a few moments and try again. Your credits are not charged for failed generations.

Download Problems

Download button isn't working

Make sure you have sufficient credits and that pop-up blockers aren't preventing the download. Try using a different browser or disabling browser extensions temporarily.

Downloaded image quality is low

Ensure you're downloading the HD version (which requires credits), not a screenshot of the preview. The HD download provides the highest quality image.

Payment Issues

Payment was declined

Common reasons include insufficient funds, card restrictions on online purchases, or bank security blocks. Try a different card or contact your bank to authorize the transaction.

Credits not appearing after purchase

Credits are usually added instantly. If they don't appear, try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, check your email for a purchase confirmation from Stripe.

Account Issues

Can't sign in

If you created your account with Google or Facebook, make sure you're using the same sign-in method. Try the "Forgot Password" option if you used email/password registration.

Can't find my saved cards

Make sure you're signed in to the same account you used when creating the cards. Your designs are saved in your Dashboard under "My Cards."

Why did my card generation fail?

Why can't I download my card?
