How long does the preview take?
Seconds. You see the finished portrait right in the browser before you decide anything — no waiting a day or two for a proof to land in your inbox.
Is the preview really free?
Yes. The first 3 previews are free with no signup at all, and you get 10 once you're signed in.
Will it still look like the person in the photo?
Yes. We use face-preservation technology, so the face, hair, and expression stay clearly recognizable while everything else is restyled. The free previews let you confirm that before you order.
What art styles are available?
29 curated styles, including watercolor, oil painting, photorealistic, sketch, anime, pop art, Renaissance, royal portrait, comic book hero, and a set built specifically for pets.
What photo should I upload?
A clear, well-lit photo with the face as the main subject. Phone snapshots are fine — JPEG, PNG, or HEIC up to 20MB. Avoid heavy filters and sunglasses.

Greeting cards, canvas wall art, framed prints, acrylic prints, art prints, tabletop canvas, ceramic mugs, insulated tumblers, sherpa blankets, throw pillows, cork coasters, and a weekender tote. Every order also includes the digital portrait file.

Prices run from $9.99 for a greeting card to $89.99 for a framed print or sherpa blanket. Standard shipping is $4.99 and free on orders over $40.
How fast does it ship?
Standard shipping arrives in 3–7 business days. Expedited and Overnight options are available at checkout. Everything is printed and fulfilled in the US.
Do you ship outside the US?
We ship to the United States and Canada. Canadian orders typically arrive in 7–21 business days, and prices exclude any import duties or taxes collected on delivery.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
Do I need an account?
No. You can upload a photo and preview it without signing in, and the email you enter at checkout becomes your account so you can track the order.
What if I'm not happy with it?
Every print is backed by our happiness guarantee. If you're not delighted, contact us within 14 days and we'll reprint or refund — no questions asked.
