Nothing is printed until you order it, so total delivery time is production plus shipping.
Production Time
Items are made to order at our US print partner, which takes 3–4 days before the parcel goes out. Both numbers are already built into the arrival date shown at checkout.
Shipping Speeds
- Standard — $4.99 (free on orders over $40), 3–7 business days in transit; typically 5–10 days door to door
- Expedited — $8.99, 2–3 business days in transit; typically 3–5 days door to door
- Overnight — $19.99, next business day in transit; typically 2–3 days door to door
Checkout shows a specific arrival window for your address before you pay. If you're ordering for a dated occasion, order early — we suggest at least 10 days of lead time on Standard.
Where We Ship
We ship to the United States and Canada. Everything is printed and fulfilled in the US. Canadian orders typically arrive in 7–21 business days, and prices exclude any import duties or VAT, which may be collected by your local carrier on delivery.
Tracking Your Order
You'll get a confirmation email as soon as the order is placed, and the status is on your dashboard. The digital portrait file is available immediately — you don't have to wait for the parcel to share it.
