Do You Need an Account?
No. You can upload a photo and see your first 3 previews without signing in. When you check out, the email address you enter becomes your account — that's what your order confirmation is sent to and how the order is looked up later. Signing in first raises your free previews from 3 to 10.
Your Dashboard
The dashboard is your home base. From here you can:
- See every portrait you've made
- Check the status of your print orders
- Re-download the digital file included with any order
Saved Addresses
Shipping addresses are saved to your account so the next order is quicker. You can keep several — handy when you're sending gifts to different people — and mark one as your default.
Sign-In Options
- Email and password — Set a password on the account created at checkout, or sign up directly
- Google — Sign in with your Google account
