How does it work?
Upload a clear photo, choose a portrait style, and preview the result before you pay. Once it feels right, choose portrait wall art, a card, or a mug.
Will it still look like them?
The portrait is made from the photo you upload and is designed to keep the people recognizable. You can preview it before ordering and try another photo or style if it does not feel right.
What photo works best?
Choose a clear, well-lit photo where faces are easy to see. Phone photos work well. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses, and very small faces in the frame.
Can I use a pet photo?
Yes. Use the dedicated pet portrait flow so the styles and identity guidance are tailored to fur, markings, breed, and expression.
What if I do not like the print?
If a print arrives damaged or has a print defect, contact us with a photo within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. For a likeness concern, request a refund within 7 days of ordering and before shipment. See the refund policy for details.
