How does it work?

Will it still look like my family?

The portrait is made from your photo and is designed to keep the people recognizable. Preview it free before ordering, and try another photo or style if the likeness does not feel right.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

We print and ship from the US. Available shipping methods and the estimated arrival for your address are shown before checkout.

Can I put more than one person in it?

Yes. Groups of 2–5 work best. Everyone should be facing the camera with their faces clearly visible and roughly the same distance from the lens — a posed photo works better than a candid across a dinner table.

What's the best photo to use?

A recent, well-lit photo where faces are large in the frame. Bright indoor light or daylight beats candlelight, and a plain background beats a busy one. Older scanned prints work too, as long as faces are sharp.

Can I send it straight to someone else?

Yes — enter their address at checkout and we'll ship it directly. Greeting cards can carry an inside message you write, so it arrives ready to give.

What if I'm not happy with it?

If a print arrives damaged or has a print defect, contact us with a photo within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. For a likeness concern, request a refund within 7 days of ordering and before shipment. See the refund policy for details.
