A clear, well-lit photo where their face is the main subject. Higher resolution = better results. JPEG, PNG, or HEIC up to 20MB. Avoid heavy filters or sunglasses.
Can I share the digital portrait?
Yes — every order includes the digital portrait file you can text, post, or print yourself. Physical prints ship separately.
What if I'm not happy with it?
If a print arrives damaged or has a print defect, contact us with a photo within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. For a likeness concern, request a refund within 7 days of ordering and before shipment. See the refund policy for details.
